I am having problems with my speedometer , on the first start of the day it does not work. once the car is warm and i have driven it for about 10 minutes it jumps around then finally works all day perfect until the nexy morning. I dont want to buy a vss and find out something else is wrong. Anyone have any ideas ?

 

Check the condition of teh wiring at the VSS itself and see if tehre is any corrosion on the contacts. if this is a swapped car make sure it's wired correctly and someone just hasn't done it incorrectly. If everything checks out get a new one.
