Default Using base LCA on SH

My question is , is it possible to run a base LCA (in order to run a traction bar system) on an SH ? Does it bolt to the knuckle differently ? Would i have to change the knuckle also ? Anyone have any ideas ?

LCA= lower control arm. You can't use the base lca because in the sh suspension, the sway-bar endlink connects to the lca. The only to accomplish what you're trying to would be to replace the entire front suspension, including the subframe.
