Default Upper Ball joint

Ok I read in my piece of **** Chilton manual that my upper ball joints in the front are not removable and to replace them I need to get a whole new control arm. I have a camber kit that supposivly is supposed to work in 92-96 ludes its obx balljoint type(If you couldnt guess. Anyways is there anyway to make it work? Someone told me I could press the stock ones out. By the way one is shot if that makes a difference. Thanks for your help.

Guys on here have pressed out there own ball joints, and now that I think about it, it doesn't seem that hard. Search for more info on DIY Ball Joint Removal. When I had to change my ball joints, I just took my control arm off, took it to a machine shop along with my new ball joints, and they pressed the old ones out and the new ones in for me. Took all of 2 hours, including the drive to NAPA's machine shop. Cost:30 bucks, as opposed to something like 300 for a new control arm or something.

The ball joint can be pressed out, but what are you putting back? A legend one? An older generation prelude one?

Yes i have an adjustable ball joint camber kit it was cheaper getting that than 250 for a new control arm.
