I was driving home today and all the sudden when i was sitting at a stop light i could feel my lude acting like it was going from drive to neutral drive to neutral while at a stand still and in D4. when i went when it turned green it was in what seemed like neutral and slammed into 2nd then each gear after was slipping all over the place and wouldnt even go in 4th. checked my fluid and its fine the D4 light also started blinking. anyone kno if this sounds like s sensor or something or does it sound like i need a whole new tranny ??? its a 2001 honda prelude non SH with the h22a4 motor.

 

The first thing i would recommend is stop driving it and
pull the code. The D4 blinking means trans problem.

 

so pulled codes today looks like the ones that could deal with this is P0700 which i guess means my tranny threw a code and i got there P0730 and P0420 but 420 is my catalyst cause of my exhaust i guess ??

 

well b4 most responded i figured out problem lol i posted thinking was gonna be big deal doesnt lookt to bad though looks like just the shift solonoid
