Timing belt problems...
Ok guys, i have my motor back in the car and i put the timing belt on while the engine was out. The problem i am having is occuring at the timing balancer belt pulley and the timing belt pulley. The timing belt keeps walking off of its tensioner and rubbing on the timing balancer belt pulley, making a loud speaking sound as well as wearing down the timing belt (yes, i already have a new one to replace it with). Ive messed with the tensioners for about 2 hours and still no luck. After a while of trying to get it working right i noticed that the timing balancer belt tensioner seems somewhat crooked against the pulley, which leads me to believe its making the pulley sit **** eyed and therefore messing up the timing belt causing it to walk off and rub on the tensioner. Below are pictures.
If anyone has any ideas or thought of what is causing thing PLEASE help me out. For now, i am thinking its because the tensioner is slightly bent... Thanks.

My guess is that the bolt holding those tensioning bearings is slightly bent. I had this happen on my H22. The monkeys that put it back together bent it and the timing belt was rubbing in a few places until I replaced the bolt. Real pita with the engine in the car... Water pump on slightly crooked is another possibility.
