Default Throttle/ignition problem

(this is on an h22 jdm.)I dont know how to really explain but i'll try. Well when im driving my car hesitates pops and bogs and when im slowing down backfires. I thought it was a timing issue so i checked it but its dead on.

I then proceed to check the egr. wasnt bad but i cleaned it anyways. Problem still existed.

well today when im driving and i was coming down the mountion in 3rd gear. at about 2300 rpms then when i went to accelerate i had absolutely no throttle responce, until i pressed in clutch and then when it hit normal idle and i had throttle responce. (coil going bad) i dont think that would explain the backfireing when slowing down.

i also didnt swap out the TPS when i did my swap (wasn't cracked or broken internaly to my knowlage)

And it seems that i have no power. im thinking its the tps because of the backfiring.
Let me know your oppinions.

tps would not give u a backfire, Check the Distributor cap and rotor. During normal slow driving, it should be ok but any hard or above normal driving, it can have such effects.

i checked and replaced the cap and rotor has ware on the cap but not much (replaced anyways) the problem is still there and today when i started the car its idleing at 2k tried adjusting idler screw throttle cable cant get it under 2k. no vac leaks. i think im going to need to get it tuned on chrome or hondata the only emmision device i have on the car is the egr.

idle issue is fixed somehwhat. throttle responce dies when cruising at 2300 rpms or around that area. i will have nothing step on pedal. comes back on once i press in the clutch and rpms drop all the way to about 500rpms and comes back up to around 950rpmsand stays rev engine go back into gear and cruise and im fine for about 30 mins or so. all gauges work no cel light alternator is good battery+connections are good have hew plugs wires cap rotor and coil. im stumped
