Tail Light

I noticed while gettting somthing out of my trunk that i have a light out....i change the bulb still ot...is it a fuse ?

any help would be greatly apreciated

*i ahve a 97 base prelude

He just said he changed the bulb... besides, it's easier to check a fuse than a bulb, imo.
