suspension setup
Koni yellows with ground control coilover kit, 350 lbs/inch front, 300 rear with neuspeed rear sway bar. Had that setup for about 4 years and love it. Having a bigger rear sway is much better than using high spring rates for reducing roll in turns. at least for my street car. Brian (mugen22) and clint (drnirvtec) helped me as far as choosing the setup for street use and occasional track days.
Put the ebay equivalent on my friends sh and it was pretty bad. Definitely recommend spending the extra $100 and buying the real deal.
Only problem ive had was one shock started to leak. Called koni and they sent me a new one, then refunded my money once I sent the old one back.

) and they are great. Still streetable, just barely, but I am more focused on track day driving and eventually racing than I am about street comfort. If this is your DD, go with 450-500lbs springs front and 350-400lbs springs rear. Then get yourself a rear swaybar (Neuspeed or Progress) and you will be happy for a long time. I also recommend going with straight race springs versus Ground Control's "bell" springs. You will have to have a custom upper spring isolator fabricated, but it will give you the flexibility to run just about any rate 2.5" spring your dampers can handle. Get yourself zero rate helper springs as well. Ground Control will tell you that you won't need them, but in hard, sharp, bumpy corners, the rear springs may tip in. Do it right, do it once!
Finally, don't go much more than 1.5" down from stock. The upper control arm will bottom out unless you go much stiffer with the springs. Also, cut about 1/3 off of your OEM bump stops.
Hope that helps!
Brian.
