until about a week ago my motor pulled hard and tacked up pretty quick for being a h22 w/ ONLY intake and exhaust, but this past week something has cut that down dramatically. im pretty sure its something to do with the fuel or along those lines, but whenever i punch it, the car hesitates and at wot you can definitely tell its not pulling like it should be....only thing i can think of is to get new fuel filter, spark plugs and wires and a distributor cap and see if that solves anything....please leave comments and thanks in advance

 

That sounds exactly like the problems the non-vented optisparks on older camaros have when they get wet or after a lot of mileage in humid environments. I would agree with you on the distributor cap but then again I would change everything you listed just for shyts.
