what is the maximum horsepower that i can push on stock internals on my h22 daily driven prelude? please help me i plan to add a turbo or supercharger soon need to know what i am getting myself into? thanks

 

around 250whp with a 7psi turbo kit....it will go bad quicker and when it does, you'll probably have to resleeve or at least get different pistons, then resleeve....the ring lands are the bad guys and they shred....

 

yea it sucks. you're better off just sleeving it first and getting new pistons and boosting the hell outta it.

 

you forgot one factor change the rods too get eagle or crower

 

Agian..... doesn't anyone search anymore..... just look up h22 sleeves or forged pistons......... you'll find a billion posts on what works// doesnt
