Since last winter my car has been taking several cranks to finaly start i mean like up to 4 sometimes. The distributer went out about a week ago so thats brand new. Im just wondering y its not starting right away? Even when its warm it does it sometimes. ITs like it wants to start like ill just let it turn once and its like its gonan start but then it dies and i turn it over once again and it starts right up. What might be the problem? thanks

 

is your timing on? When did you last replace the plugs? Wires? If the plugs are good check the gap. Hows the fuel pressure? When did you replace your fuel filter?
