i have a 97' prelude...just changed the battery and it started up fine....tried to start it a second time and it wouldnt start... i was told that a messed up starter will tick, but this one "pops"/clicks.....it'll click once when i turn the key and one more time when i let the key go back, but the noise is definitely coming from the starter...im not sure if the starter needs to be replaced or if this is something else.... any info would be great
