Well i'm about to order Ground Control coilover conversion kit and koni sport shocks next week. Ground Control says the spring rate is going to be 400 for the front and 250 for the rear and I wanted to know if this was good for handling not concerned much about comfort. Or if anybody has any suggestions for spring rate, I want the absolute best handling I could get out of this setup. For the record I have a 94 Honda Prelude Si.

another question is ground control does not make upper mounts for the prelude, so will tein upper mounts fit with the kit? not really a track car but i'm planning on making it in the near future.
