get custom rates. i have the same setup you do. and i have 400fr/450rear.

Ground Control told me the spring rates on the normal coilover kit are 350F/280R. Not sure if the limited edition is any different. Do you think 350F/280R will be stiff enough for the street and autocrossing?

Yeah im going with 500f/400r. Stiff but not too extreme...
Ground Control Limited Editions. Had to call CG anyways so I asked them about the limited editions. And the guy I spoke with said "The Limited Edition where made to fit alot of shocks & I believe they are also the same for the civic & the integra so they where able to build alot of kits to fit the same vehicles & not offer them to be changed (cant change the spring rates & heights) so they where able to discount the price. "
So I would assume that the spring rates would be the same as the normal kit - 350f/280r.
