Default Speedometer Problems, please help...

I have searched and searched for a thread showing how to disassemble the speedo in a 94 Prelude Si. I'm having no luck. Could someone please point the noob in the right direction?
My speedometer is registering about 15 mph above where it's supposed to and is pretty consistent with that. When in 'park', the needle never drops all the way to zero. When going 10 mph it say 25mph, and so on...
Is there a way to just pop the needle off and reset it to the correct reading? I have the cluster out where it's easy to get to. For temporary, I've been driving it with the cluster plugged in and an adjusted mph scale I made using GPS, taped over the original face with blue painter's masking tape. I would like to get it working right so I can reassemble my dash board and not have it look jury rigged. I know I could just buy a used cluster on ebay, but have been warned I might get one with a similar problem. My local Honda repair shop says all older Hondas have speedo problems.

???

TIA for any help with this.
