When you turn your key to the "ON" position can you hear your fuel pump priming? It should be a whirring sound coming from behind the driver side back seat. If you cant then your main relay is probly bad or the connections inside have come loose. The first thing to do if your relay isnt working is take it out of the car and open it up. Then resolder all of the connectors on the circuit board you probly just need to heat them all up so the solder melts again but some you might need to add a bit more. After thats done put it back together and plug it in.

Re: (teamitr)
okay so i did sorta test drive it and a big prob... if you have ever felt a fuel cut off or a mph cut off that is what it feels like... before i can even pass 2000 rpms it does this.... and i think i have to clean my iacv...but my uncle says that i sometimes have to let the cpu get used to the new swap ...another thing is i think my timing might be off but i am not sure...

it's actually the ECU no CPU and the fact that ur hitting fuel ccut at such a low rpm could be a couple of things. U might want to search for somehting like : Limp mode or safe mode...

Re: (prelude_93vtec)
no it wasnt the main relay... i forgot to ground the harness to the thermostat housing... but yea like i said... i put it in to gear, then i rev it and it will not rev up at all....and if i drop it into gear it jumps really bad... also do you know where the fast idle thermo valve is located?

</TD></TR></TABLE>
Also check your timing. If you failed to put new timing belt and or tensinor before the swap, timing is possiblly effed.
