u bore out the old sleeves, and pop new sleeves inplace, it can run anywhere from 500-1500 depending on what kind of sleeves you get

u dont HAVE to sleeve the motor to run turbo... if u want reliability and piece of mind and plan on boosting alot then yea you have to... you can run the motor on stock internals for as long as u keep the boost down and have good tuning... the consensus around here is no more than 8psi but ive seen someone on stock internals pushing 11psi but with boat loads of tuning

My block is sleeved by Golden Eagle (well being e-sleeved right now) fing money pit! Also expect your block to be there for at least 3 weeks. I believe the first itme you sleeve a block with them it is right about $1000. Re-sleaving wont cost quite as much (thank god).

You are only going to have a limited life on a H22 without sleeving it, especially with a decent amount of boost. The stock cylinder walls have a coating on them and they don't last as long as a the cylinder walls in other Honda engines.

I'm a big supporter of doing it right the first time. Youa re just going to want more boost and more power. You shoudl just make it reliable right from the start.

Is it a bad thing when I only had to look at the phone book in my cell phone to get that number?!?!
