Default shifter & cables, adjust ?
After a clutch & tranny swap, i have some problem finding the 1st gear, and there is like a slight grind or " crack " when going into 3rd and 5th that we can feel in the stick.

maybe this nut needs some adjustement ?

cable looks kinda bent to me thats why it might feel funny
