2001 ECU error code??

2001 ECU error code??
8 slow blinks. Is that a code 8 or 80? If its an 8 its a TDC code. My friend said the Distibutor maybe taking a ****. What do you think.. The car has been having problems for a while. blew out a 02 sensor, Fixed that $240.00 and 4 months later and now its running like crap again with this new code...
