shaking/vibration under load....
my question is, when i am on the gas, and only when im on the gas, i get a vibration/shaking, almost like something hitting something somewhat rapidly from the front end...any ideas what it is? wheel bearing, axles, bushings, etc? at first it was only at highway speeds, but now it is on and off at different speeds, and only happens in straight lines and when turning the wheel at all right....thanks ahead for help

The most common problem is when the inner CV's decide to give up, the will make the car and steering shake while accelerating. What happens is that the grease leaks out, and so since theirs nothing to cushion anything, they bounce around in the casing. In most cases to can grab the axle and actually move them with ease..
Get the CV's looked at very soon..

Re: shaking/vibration under load.... (Honda318dx)
thanks guys...will do! any estimate on price to get this fixed, or is it a DIY...i actually have a spare lude that i can swap parts from too...
does the fact that it does only happen when steering right/straight mean the problem is just one side, then right one?
