Default wheel/steering problem?? help

im having a problem with my front drivers side wheel, i get this wum wum wum noise also the steering is off, it will pull right when i let go of the wheel, the car front drivers wheel feels like it's dragging or it's holding back the car, and seldomly get this little jolt.

I just replaced the drivers side cv axle and this was happening prior to the replacement of the cv axle.

anyone know what this is? control arm/bushing?? bearing? tie rod end? balance & alignment?

I have a problem similar to this, though I am still not sure of an absolute diagnosis...

That could have something to do with your tie rods or ball joints.

Whats the "weird" feeling?

I have a similar problem that i attribute to uneven tire wear.

My alignment has been out for a while pulling the car right.
Now my tires are unevenly worn and at high speeds I get
a bit of a steering wheel shake.

when im going around a turn or up a hill sometimes the drivers side wheel will feel like it gonna drop or come off or something it's like a little tug you feel, like the wheel moved on it's own, like drifted off or something , hard to explain but it feels like a little jolt

I know what you mean, it feels as if the car "shifts" underneath you, so to speak.

I would jack up the car and check your lbj, for play.

grab the wheel and give it a good shake. Did you go through the lbj
when repacing you axle? Is it tightend to spec?
