while pulling my harness out when i went to disconnect this the male end just snapped off, its in the center of the head in the back and on the bottom, it looks pretty big, like it takes at least a 19 to put on and take off, anyone know what it is?

 

Knock sensor. Very easy to break. Runs $120 to $140ish, IIRC. It's been awhile since I had to buy one.

when my knock sensor broke, it was my reasoning for going to a p28

 

how much would that be and how easy is it

 

well, your going to spend more money than it is to replace the knock sensor, thats for sure.
