hey guys i have a problem with my rc injectors going in my euro r. I have some 550cc injectors... and when i test fitted them.. there is no way they will fit with the rubber gasket thing on them... WITHOUT the rubber thing i had to get a rubber mallet to pound them in the hole. stock injectors fit fine in the manifold but the rc's dont.. anyone experienced a similar problem?

 

Don't you need an aftermarket fuel rail? What fuel rail are these going on?

 

fuel rail is not the problem.. its the bottom of the injector where it goes into the manifold

 

euro h22's have a longer injector hole's . and i think are smaller in diameter.

 

this is true.. but this is wannabsi's old manifold.. and he had rc's in there no problem... the bottom of these injectors just seem fatter...cant figure it out

 

pl9-550 is the model on the injectors... so they are peak and hold low resistance... .BUT WHY DONT THEY FIT!

 

that is strange i have rc550 in my euro r, and they fit snug but just right.
