yes but it shouldnt be extremely easy to turn...eh hard to explain. just tighten the bolt to 159ftlbs and it'll be fine
and the tooth that you said had a chip in it is probably the key that alignes the crank pulley with the crank. you need to get a new one from honda.

by tooth thing are you talking about the tool that holds the crank pulley in place? If so its about $50-$60...dont remember exactly....
or if you have an impact gun just shoot it and good to go

the key is part of the crank.....its Number 23

if it is loose too long your motor we be destroyed, my suggestion is to not drive the car until you get the parts to fix it or kiss your crank goodbye
how long do you think it will take to fix and what all do i have to take off to but a new one back in the car. and this is the thing that helps spin the pulley right? ok well thanks for helping me out with this. but what all do i need to do to fix it and can i order it from autozone or do i have to go to honda??
and what are you talking about taking a gun to it and shooting it in?? and if i get someone else to do it how much do you think it will cost to do that for me??
Get the Woodruff key(piece you're missing) from Honda, I just got one online for $7, take car to mechanic, have them use their impact gun to take the pulley bolt off, remove pulley, install key, put pulley back on, impact it back on
Well, the site I got it from is http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com, but at the time of this posting, the site is not working. I ordered UPS 2-day delivery and they usually ship on-time
it should take about 10 seconds to install and if it loose too long it will mess up your crankshaft, and also <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Sephro »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">
