crank pulley
I think in the long term, youll mess up the balance of things down there. That pulley is harmonically balanced and taking parts of it off is just as bad or worse as getting an aftermarket pulley. (i wouldnt do it)

Leave the pulley alone......or do it and post pics of the damage.

do you mean cut or machined?
If you have it machined off and balanced it's fine..the harmonic balancer is nto part of that piece.
Alternatively you could find an F20B or Accord Euro-R/Type-R crank pulley, it it's a sigle pulley as they had electronic power steering.
