Preplexing Issue
Well, I just put a new set of engine and rod bearings in my GenV. The oil clearances checked out and everything seemed good.
I started the car, and the OP was good and it idled just great. I let it idle for about an hour. Purrfect. Then I went to drive it around the block and it cut off while I was pulling out. It just plain stopped. No strange noise, just an end to the combustion it seemed.
The only things I know right now are that the crankshaft is still spinning when I hit the starter, and that it seems like a no-spark or no-fuel situation. There isn't any chuffing or other attempts to combust it seems.
Anyone seen anything like this before?
