im posting this for a friend, he has a 94 prelude and after hard driving when he goes to park the car and then tries to turn it on again it doesnt turn on, what could it be??? also, this is weird he doesnt have to drive it. lets say hes just chillin in his car listening to music for a while then he tries to turn it on, it wont turn on but it does crank. then after a while it turns on .

replace the battery.

after sitting for a while it collects the charge but after the direct use it doesnt have the oomph to crank the engine over.

just to test it out, get it to where it will not start. then jump it. if it turns on right away replace the battery.

if you dont believe me... take the battery out of your Si and put it in his lude. the car will start.
