Default Please help

I was just wondering if it was possible to boost a Prelude SH and still keep the ATTS. I was gonna go with Hondata but that requires ecu swap and the loss of the differential. What could I do. I really need help PLEASE.

i'm interested also. i've seen a few SHs with turbo. i know that it fuckz up the ATTS because there's too much torque for it to handle. it seems that you gotta spend some dough to get proper tuned turbo on a SH. shoot, i'm thinkin about N20 now.

Do you think if i got a stand alone system for my set up that would solve the problem. Im only running 7psi on a greddy kit intercooler and bov.

You can't use a standalone that replaces the ecu and keep the ATTS functionality. The ATTS ecu requires the stock engine ecu. You can use a standalone, you just won't have your ATTS. The only way around that is some sort of "piggyback" unit, like the PMS, but even then you will run into problems with the ATTS ecu not being able to handle the power output of a turbo.

Ok so if I cant have the atts then could I take the unit out completely and just get a limited slip differential put in its place?

Contact username *turboludesh*, he turboed his lude sh (duh). Anyway, from what he told me, it can be done, but to be safe you shouldn't really go over 5psi and still have atts work properly.

Thanks I appreciate the help. I guess theres no way around it just gotta live with it. Too bad I cant just get rid of the unit since I wont use it. It weighs like 120lbs or something right!? Cant have both with the SH .
Speed or Handling???
I CHOOSE SPEED

in that case you would've been better off buying a base model in the first place..

actually, atts is less than 88lbs of extra weight. weight difference is 88lbs between the two cars, but alot of its just diffrent suspension pieces, etc. if you want speed, try getting a 50-75 shot of no2. That way you could keep the handling and drivability in every day driving, and just pull the atts fuse at the strip. Personally, I chose the HARD way: all motor
