Okay, here's the situation. My parents went away for a...

Really... Just wanted to get you Luders attention...
I have a '99 Prelude. DC Sports header, Ingen intake, and Tanabe exhaust. I want to strip those pieces off, clean them, and then change all the bolts holding them on. It just looks a little rusted (not much) done there.
Question: I didn't do the install of the parts myself so I'm not sure what the procedure was. It looks pretty straight forward. I was wondering, is there anything special I have to do when removing or replacing the parts?

instead of replaching, soak them in wd40 for a while, clean them, dry them, and spray paint them black .. (or what ever color you want)

And on the bolts for the exhaust section/header section apply anti seize liberally.

right on.. thanks.. that's the kind of info that I'm looking for... I just started working on my own cars so I may ask some pretty lame questions of all you tech-heads...
