Default Odd electrical problem....

I had to use a portable tire pump that was plugged into the accessory outlet in my 2001 non-SH Prelude, this past weekend. Apparently, this negatively affected my radio and accessory outlet as both are dead. I went into the fuses in the interior compartment and the fuses in the engine and found nothing burned. Any thoughts as to what this could be?

Curiously, all of this is stock equipment. I rarely make any 'adjustments' to my cars for the fact that I live in NJ. About the last thing that I need is any law enforcement looking at any part of my car and thinking that it's a hot rod. So, I even leave the sound system stock.
