alright I'm gettinga new set-up on my car, i have a 98 lude and i need to know what ob1 ecu works on my car.....i have heard about the p28 ecu working but i have never heard of anyone tha has done on a prelude ith ob2. thanks any hel will be helpful......

 

ok so i now know that the p72 ecu works but my question now is is the harness fits right in or do i have to replace that also.

 

A p72 is a GSR ecu, and itll plug in and work. But there is a huge lag/ drop in pull at 4600 rpm to vtec, but then it makes good power. Stick with a p13 or a chipped p13. JMO

 

when i was in the market for ecu's.I found that p28's WILL in fact work for a preluide with no problems, your going to need the adapter harness changing to OBD1 but that sholud only be another $250.

 

you can contact Kyle at ks motorsports (check my signature) and he can hook you up with a p28 that already has the conversion harness built in
