Re: ecu help (Wonk Unit)
A D16Y7 motor is non VTEC, which means you can use a P28 if you want, but it isnt necessary since you wont be using VTEC.
Any chipped OBD1 ECU will work fine for you...VTEC or NON.
I currently have ECU/Neptune RTP deals for $600 shipped

just the normal OBD2 (a or b) to OBD1 would be fine if your car is 96+...this is a 5 speed right?

You would not need a p28 on a d16y7, however you could use one and simply not use vtec in Neptune RTP.
The obd2 to obd1 harnesses are the same regardless if you have a vtec engine or not.
So really all you need is a obd2 to obd1 harness for your vehicle + neptune rtp installed in a obd1 non-vtec ecu.
The other thing you would need is a tuner to tune the car unless you are capable of it. You can find tuners in the honda-tech tuner directory listed in the forced induction section as a sticky.
Good Luck
