1st problem: CEL comes on, but no code is displayed. It just goes out when you short the pins together.

2nd problem: Re-adjusted the valves, and the noise is getting louder. Speedra believes that some pins are missing from the vtec flaps and they are just rattling around. (I dont remember exactly)

3rd problem: When blipping the throttle, you get an air bov type sound coming from the IM.

My next options are:
Take off the IM and see if there is just a vacuum hosed that was missed
or
Send it to a shop, so I can finally get some sleep.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
