My 94 Lude has a funny problem. It has died a couple times when I've come to a stop after driving for a while. It takes me quite a few tries to get it going again but then it runs like a top. I'm replacing the fuel filter on Saturday just to be safe but has anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like it might be the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) sticking, it's quite a common fault on Ludes as they get older. Just remove the valve from the front of the intake manifold and give it a blast out with carb cleaner. There are quite a few how-to guides about, just do a search for IACV.
