I just bought a 1992 Honda Prelude S. Got a really good deal on it.. The one thing thats driving me crazy is the front bumber is sagging about 2-3 inches. When I grab it from the bottom in the center of the front bumber is pretty soild. So i have a few questions.

1. How do I remove the bumper
2. If something needs to be replaced would it be the bumber reinforcment
3. Is it costly to fix
4. It cant be my front end could it
