Need help with lude distributor
The bearing in my distributor seized up, so I had to replace the distributor.
I have a 96 JDM h22a in a 90 accord. I have a MSD Blaster II external coil.
I had to make the new distributor use the + and - terminals on the external coil.
I spliced the 2nd from the top wire ( the +) and attached it to the + terminal on the external coil. I spliced the 3rd from the top wire (the -) and ran it to the - terminal on the external coil. Put the distributor back in, with cap rotor etc, hooked it all back up, car still wont start. What part did I **** up on? Am I suppost to splice the bottom wire into the 3rd wire or something? HELP!!!!
LooK I even have some images to help

FIXED!!
The two wires I cut, I had to splice them back in so they were connect bother 2 the ignitor on the dist, the innars of the dist, and to the coil.
After many hours, and many swear words it's working.
Thanks for your help guys!

Hey,
Just to help you put, thought I'd let you know that instead of replacing the entire distributor because of a bearing, you can use all the guts from ANY 92-95 OBD-1 Honda distributor (and 90-91 accord as well) to fix that expensive H series or B series VTEC dist that needs replaced.
For example, I used all the guts(including rotating shaft and bearing) from a H23A distributor to rebuild a B18C distributor. Later on, I used a 90 accord distributor to rebuild the H23 one. Just thought I'd mention this because F and D series distributors are all over the place at junkyards.
