if im going to install some JUN: cams, valve springs, camshafts, does putting on a different size head gasket will be a clearance issue?

def clay it. I did crower stg3, sk2 valvetrain, milled 15 thousandts off head, with oem head gasket, mm oversized valves. And i DID have a clearance issue, and that was with stock pistons, the valves were hittin on the edge of the piston notches.
