motor in... shift linkage problems?

Default motor in... shift linkage problems?

i just put my h22 back in my 92 lude
i swaped out a h23 tranny to a h22 tranny
now it is a h22block too h22trans!!!!

i put the two **** cables back on the trans.
i tried shifting the car and the shifter is all loose and
sloppy, i went back under to see if the cables were hooked up.
they wer i tried shifting it again and it is really loose it wont even get the car in any gear..... could the shift cables be that bad they werent bad before the car ****** fine???/////// help

its kinda hard to mess up but are you sure you put them on right?

something is not installed correctly. The problem would have been present or at least shown signs on your old tranny.

im trying to belive this as well but cant find anything the cabels are on the tranny

did you check the clips that hold the cables... in the cab and in the engine bay

kinda thinking ur on too something there,,,cause it does feel loose at the bracket

my accord one of those clips was off and the shifter was all kind of sloppy like you could have it in 5th and put the shifter where 1st was supposed to be
