For you who have the them. Does it make a noticable differance? Wheelhop, shifting,ect...

 

yes it makes a difference, does it eleminate wheel hop? no krisper shifts? somewhat. it just makes you feel more connected to the engine and the car, its kinda hard to explain. but when driving in ice when you were spinning of a sheet of it then hit a dry patch you can deffinately tell the difference between the stock engine mounts.

 

I just installed them today and went to the track with them. Wheel hop still? Yes...maybe not as bad though. I think my wheel hop is caused by my blown shocks though...

 

man my inserst make my car vibrate like a bitch.. i think ive rattled out a filling or 2.. might be the cams though... my friend had them and his vibratted to but not as bad..

 

Mine actually doesn't vibrate much at all, even though my idle is set very low.

 

Does anyone know who makes motor mount inserts for a 5th Gen prelude?

 

For a cheaper alternative you can fill the mounts with a kind of window urethane. Takes a day or two to fully dry though.
