When I go full throttle in my car, the wheel starts to shake as the whole front end does too. This never happened before my car went to the shop, I added some energy suspension motor mount inserts, I wonder if that could be the cause of it...?

 

the ES mounts aren't that bad...you're going to feel a little more vibration but that doesn't sound like what you're describing. Did you check the mounts you worked on ? something is probably up...
