Installed the tps in the winter time, and when the car first starts up it idles ok i guess, you can hear a small stumble. But as soon as you turn the lights on or the fan comes on, the idle goes up and down 1500 to 500 and usually dies. The volts are fine at 13.4 under a load. I hooked up my fast and look at tps percentage under full throttle and its only reading 61 instead of 90 plus. I probably think thats it but i just wanted to make sure if a tps would act this way if its not adjusted properly? Cam timing is right on as well. also it take like 3-4 times to start it up. It starts and dies and i have to rev the throttle to get it running.

 

sounds more like a idle air control problem vaccum lines or valve-- IACV? FitV if it was tps then it would bog and jump around when you drive it --
