Good call, don't ever skimp on it because you will have the shittiest ride ever. Especially if you use coilover sleeves on stock struts, BAD IDEA! Save up for some eibach sportlines and KYB AGX's or something, just don't go cheap. Good luck

Some of the idiots around my school chop their springs, trust me, don't do this. Once it's cut, it's cut, and just because all springs are cut the same doesn't mean they'll drop the same...it looks weird on my friend's Accord where the *** is sagging, plus you get a really shitty ride like this.

Just sayin' before anyone offers it as a solution, NOT to do it.

custom rate ground controls + koni yellows.

if you can't afford that, custom rate GC's + KYB AGX's.

don't get ebay coilover sleeves, they're worthless.

KYG ABX's are only recommended for a 1.5 drop anything after that good luck. spend 90 more bucks and get tokico illumina's or 200 more and get koni yellow's

You're talking about sleeved springs and they're crap. Bouncy ride and no :brain fart: control over bottoming out. Go with some nice sport springs. should give you about an 1.7" drop all around and you can pick em' up on ebay for around $150

or just get some skunk 2 coilovers with some tannabe shocks. its a good setup and is probably the least expensive out there for what you get.

for a modest drop, try eibach prokit. you could prob run stock shocks if you don't hit too many rough roads, but aftermarket would be a good investment. it's about 1 1/4 in drop. they are not expensive either.

not sure how sleeved springs wouldn't give you control over bottoming out if you could adjust the ride height to avoid it.

i agree that ebay sleeves are worthless, but i'll recommend ground control all day, every day.

not to jack the thread but I have Ground controls right now on AGXs and im thinking about getting some h&r race or eibach pro. I want to have a moderate drop but a better ride. Can someone post up some pics of their cars on these setups.

just buy replacement ERS springs with softer spring rates. put the rear springs on the front and buy a pair of 200#/in springs for the rear.

also, how low are you? if you're too low there isn't enough shock travel and the ride's gonna suck.
