Default Jumpy lude... need some help

Ok heres the deal, my car has been spitting 2 codes for a while. Code 7 (tps) and code 43 (Fuel Supply System). Ive never noticed any actual problems with the car until today. Yesterday I replaced a coolant line running from the thermostat to the throttle body, changed the oil and filter, and checked all fluids. Today while i was leaving for work i was driving down my street in 2nd gear and all the sudden the car starts lagging for a second then it would jump forward hard then lag, then jump forward, etc.. it would do this at low rpms especially. When i wasn't giving it a lot of gas. It didn't feel good and im sure its not good on the car either. I'm just trying to figure out wtf is going on as i don't have a lot of experience with engines, especially the h22a1. I've read a few things, some say it could be the o2 sensor. I've got a Helms and i plan to troubleshoot it in the morning. I would like to get this figured out ASAP as Im having wrist surgery this week and theres no way im going into the engine bay with a janky wrist. Any help at all would be appreciated

Troubleshoot the TPS man. There is a reason it gives you codes its so you can fix the engine. The 43 is common when the O2 is acting the fool
