Default Jet Performance Chips

Does anyone know anything about these guys?
Good work?
Or am I better off getting a difference ECU?

From what I've gathered, they're not worth the time or money, ESPECIALLY if your engine is stock (or close to stock). Once you start modding heavily, a p28 (which I BELIEVE is from the integra gsr) is the way to go... I'm not an expert on this topic though, so don't hold me to it.
