Clean your FICV. That should do the trick.

We cant help you because you dont help us help you?

Whats your car doing? idle problem could mean anything, could mean that you idle at 1rpm or you idle at 10k rpm or you dont idle at all and your car just dies and you have to push start the car to keep it going.

my bad...i completely forgot to tell yall what's wrong...the idle jumps from 1000 to 1400 rpm constantly....only when the heater is on....there is only a couple of times that it didnt do it with the heater on but most of the time it happens with the heater on....as i mention earlier i read a couple threads on this site and found out that the fast idle valve had to be readjusted....so i did dat...thought i had fix the problem but as soon as i turn on the heater it comes right back...then i turn it off and it doesnt do it anymore....so i thought to myself mayb i still have air in my coolant so i bled that and still nothin....so now im stuck...i hope this helps....

hm i suffered for months with idle problems and have read just about everything you can read on them but i have never heard of anything that is heater related I'll see what i can do about finding you a solution to the problem. I know how frustrating it is to have your car not idle properly!

ok i still have had no luck finding and answer for you that has to do when the heater is on, but lets start diagnosing it in other ways.... Have you tried checkin your IACV to make sure it wasn't dirty? Have you plugged any of the holes in the throttle body with your finger to see if its an FITV or IACV problem? if you search through the archives under my name u will see a couple of threads that will have all types of ways listed to diagnose your idle problem...hope this helps

I was/am having a similar problem. Is there anything you might have done to cause a vacuum leak? Also check your throttle position sensor.

check all vaccum hoses, IM gasket, TB gasket, TPS, FITV, IACV, MAP sensor...but just search for one of my old threads and some of them are pages long with everyones ideas on what to check so its a good thing to look through.
