How do I remove this part

Default How do I remove this part

I took the 10 bolts out. How do I get this piece out. It will not budge.

The girdle is tough to get out

Try using something to pry it, but make sure it is wide so as to not damage the girdle by spreading out the force.

use a rubber mallet and hit it on both sides of the main to break the dowel pins loose. Dont hit it hard. Just tap it on each side until you visually see it break loose. From that point you can use a screw driver to pry it up or you can wiggle it free.

U did unbolt it in sequence, correct?
