Default How do I know which MAP sensor to use?

I am rebuilding a Honda Prelude. Its a 1995 and has a JDM F22B motor.... what parts do I was talking to someone and he was saying I should change my MAP sensor. How do I base my decision on which one to get as I see all sorts of them. What does BAR mean and what is the difference between a 3.5 BAR and a 5 BAR sensor? Sorry Im a newb but I need some help.

Another question I have is how to wire up a wideband AEM A/F gauge. Thanks Guys

Use a stock OEM Honda MAP sensor. There is absolutely no point in upgrading on a stock engine.

People who boost their cars use them because then they can send a signal to whatever ECU they're using of how much boost the engine is seeing, and a stock MAP doesn't read boost.

3.5 or 5 BAR is just how high the sensor reads. 1 BAR = 14.5 PSI.
