Default help

I have a 92 prelude with a jdm h22 swap. I have a skunk2 pro series intake manifold and a dc sports header, and a walbro 255 lph fuel pump. Now for the fun part, My car is running really rich ( 52psi) on a stock fpr now its hesitating and back firing and the cel is on. first off how do I get the fuel pressure down next how do I make It run better without spending a crap load of money to do so!!! and I can't find the service port to see why the cel is on I was told 2 places under the dash far left corner, under the kick panel on passenger side, Where the HELL is it?

you could always just revert back to the stock pump, you dont really need more fuel capacity with just a few bolt ons, your not FI are you?

stock fuel pressure is 45-47psi. And that fuel pump is likely pumping way too much fuel considering you have a stock motor with minimal mods

stock with the vacuum line off is about 45psi(with the stock fp)
with just the walbro and stock fpr with the line off is 62psi

well you need to do something because the fuel pump is the reason you are running so rich.

and i would get it done asap before you f*ck up the rings.

62 psi on a stock motor is not needed and is the reason you are running rich. You have nothing to control the fuel which means the injectors are still opening and closing at the same speeds and simply pushing more fuel per cycle.
