for a test pipe go to http://www.kteller.com.

the DC will give you all of 2-5 whp. search for info on DC headers, you'll see what the general consensus is.

most people are running DC headers, and you could do the collector mod to free up some more, but the most popular headers in no particular order:

prospeed
mugen
Greddy
SMSP
Fujitsubo

all of these make better gains than the DC, but they're all more expensive, in some cases 3x the price.

collector mod:

for the other headers, do a search, some are hard to find, some are easier.

The GReddy header is also a great header to get if you are not looking to spend much, it cost a bit more than the DC but it gives better gains. Although the GReddy header is only made for the 4th gen Preludes, I'm sure you could get it to work with your 5th gen by just taking it to a muffler shop and making sure the collector meets your exhaust piping.
