Default H23 Start up

anyone else notice when you are low on gas it takes longer for the engine to turn over when you turn the ignition key?

yeah i have 95 si, and when the car is cold, like left out in the cold weather OR if the car is low on gas, it takes longer to start. But RIGHT when i have FULL TANK, the engine starts right away

let your fuel pump turn on for a few seconds before cranking and it will always start right up.
